— colorscapes with and without form —

Artist Statement

Color is the subject of my paintings. Whether the painting takes form as a figurative piece, landscape or abstract—the role of color is primary. I love color and see it in everything, even the grayest day. It is my way of expressing my feelings for the beauty of this earth. I have great love and concern for this lovely planet and the fragile ecosystem that is being so abused by human thoughtlessness. It is my hope that the viewer will respond to my work and see this world as the Sacred Space that it is.
